RIDEOUTS
If you are stuck with riding on your own, don't want to join a club or be put under any constraints then come along, everybody is more than welcome.
Ride-outs normaly leave from the layby opposite the Oakdene Cafe, Wrotham. We may also be picking up from Chambers of Maidstone in 2011 for some rides.
We organise our ride outs through the Forum runs page, if you would like to post on the forum all you have to do is register, if you only want to see where we are going you can just look. No pages are 'member only'. If you have any ideas for runs then let us know. We do keep a Calendar on this website which is always up to date.
Simple rules when riding out with us
- Introduce yourself to run leaders
- Get phone numbers of others on the run
- Use the drop off system. We will explain
- Make sure you know who the last man is
- Always ride at your own pace
- Do not get sucked into how anyone else rides
- Never leave your junction until the last man arrives, they may be dealing with a problem and are relying on you to be there so WAIT
- Your safety and the safety of others on the ride must always come before speed or position
