Was not aware Sharon and Simon were together.  Thas gonna mess up the room plans of a male and three ladies and a male.
 
Sorry rooms are booked and big deposits paid with no refund on changes and cancelations.
 
Just one contact now missing and that is Karen.  Sunny can you let her have a copy of the spreadsheet please.
 
The spreadsheet has 2 tabs one for accommodation and one for costs.

Sharon and Simon were not planning to come home with us remember I did say this when I put their names down.  Sharon is going to have a word with Simon tonight and see if he would like to keep the Settle booking and do some Yorkshire touring in stead of more Scotland for the rest of their holiday.  They have the rest of that week off.  If its the case that they don't want the Settle booking I can call and cancel their beds if you like.  Thanks for all your hard work.  I know what it's like to book for 2 people let alone all us lot. We will try and get some more money to you asap.

Forgot about them wanting to stay on.  Let me know their decision.
No dont cancel any rooms.  I can take one couple out of Pauls B&B and put into other place and will not lose any money.  Well maybe a fiver each.  Sorry my mistake.
 
Happy with interim payments of "same as last time" as this helps to spread the load which is how I planned it.  You can of course pay the whole lot it will be safely set aside. 
 
You are right.  Getting the rooms sorted for a large (ish) mixed group has not been easy but I had time sitting here waiting to get better from op.  You know me , I like a challenge.

Everyone is now paid up.
 
I need to know if you are happy all having Indian (Bangladeshie ???) evening meal at Settle in Yorkshire as we need to book.  There are not many places that can handle our numbers as a group.
 
Annette and I have eaten there and it was very nice.  They do not sell alcohol  but you can buy from Booths just down the road and they are happy to supply glasses and openers.

Yes, thanks Tony for all the organisation.  The places we stayed at were top dollar.
Of course will have to go again to see the places we didn't see but got lot of other things to do first.
